At Zenful Teas, we're committed to getting your premium teas and tea accessories to you quickly and safely.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders, both domestic and international. There are no minimum purchase requirements.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery Time

  • Domestic (US): 5-10 business days
  • International: 10-20 business days depending on location

Tracking

All orders include tracking information. You'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships.


Return Policy

At Zenful Teas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unopened and in their original packaging
  • In the same condition that you received them
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened tea products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at zenfulteas@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you'll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
